Over the last decade, Noida has established itself as a frontrunner in India’s real estate sector. Today, we will discuss a project renowned not only within India but across the globe the Taj, a distinguished brand under the Tata Group. The Indian Hotels Company Ltd IHCL has signed an agreement to develop a Taj hotel in Noida, accompanied by Taj-branded residences. Under this management contract, this greenfield development will feature branded residences integrated as part of the hotel complex.

The project is situated in Sector 129, located along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and will comprise 150 guest rooms and 74 branded luxury residences. The hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and two specialty restaurants. For residents of Noida or the Delhi-NCR region, hosting a grand party whether for a major social gathering, a prominent business figure, or a leading politician at the Taj is considered a matter of great prestige and honor. The hotel will house a ballroom spanning over 8,000 square feet, complemented by a pre-function area and various meeting rooms. Guests will have access to a wide array of recreational amenities, including a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a health club, and the Taj’s signature J Wellness Circle.

The Taj-branded residences, featuring spacious homes exceeding 7,500 square feet, will redefine luxury living; residents will enjoy exclusive access to a dedicated ‘Residents’ Club,’ which includes a terrace garden, a children’s play area, a lounge, sports facilities, and an infinity swimming pool. With the addition of this property, IHCL’s portfolio in Noida and Greater Noida will expand to a total of five hotels, one of which is currently under development.
